What is Product Sourcing? 

Google describes Product Sourcing as “Finding products to sell through your business.” This, of course, refers to buying products at a real wholesale price, and selling them online for a profit.

At MasterSource we source by orders. About 70% of our business is dedicated to sourcing while 30% is focused on sourcing products for sale. We do our best to share the savings with our customers. If we find cheaper prices for our products across the on or offline we adjust the pices immediately so that our customers never miss an opportunity.

 

How do I place an order with MasterSource online?

Shopping online is easy! It's just 3 easy steps.

Step 1. Browse via the product categories that you can find at the top of the page and refine your search with the options under each category in the menu. For more information on any product, simply click on the image to take a closer look. On each product page you will find information about the product including size and colour variations, stock availability for delivery and in-store pick up options, product details, delivery details, size chart, products ratings and reviews.

Step 2. If you decide to purchase an item, click the "BUY" button. Enter your billing and delivery details; choose your delivery method enter the details then click on ‘CONTINUE’ to pay. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalise your order.

Step 3. Once your order has been placed online you will receive two emails, one from PayPal to confirm your payment and one from MasterSource to confirm the details of your order. We will then send you another email when your order is ready for collection or has been despatched from our Fulfillment Center, including your tracking details where applicable.

For In-Store pick up: Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes details of your order.You will also receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Now all you have to do is collect your order

 

What forms of payment does MasterSource accept?

MasterSource online accepts Paypal, Cash on Delivery (COD).

At the MasterSource Fulfillment Center we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

How are prices calculated?

Prices are calculated based on the actual sourced cost of the item along with shipping, customs duty, taxes and our minimal charge fee.

 

Is there a charge for in-store pick up?
No. In-store pick up is a complimentary service.

 

What items can I order for in-store pick up?

All items with the tagged with the online status "available" are ready for in-store pick up. As a complimetary service, MasterSource will hold a credited or "Wish List" but yet unpurchased item exclusively for you for up to two (2) hours prior to your in-store purchase and pick up.

 

Can I collect my order same day?
The MasterSource Fulfillment Center closes at 6:00PM daily, if you order by 4pm your parcel will be ready for same day pick up. We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready. See all store opening hours here.

 

How long are orders kept for collection?
Processed orders available for In-Store Pick Up will be kept for 30 days from the day you've placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled.

 

If I choose to pick up in-store, what do I need to bring with me to collect the item?. 

Whether picking up your online order yourself or on behalf of someone else you will need to bring:

  • Valid photo ID
  • Your MasterSource invoice number
  • Your Paypal order number
The nominated name on the ‘Confirmation Order’ email from MasterSource must match the name on the photo ID.

You will be required to sign for your order on collection.

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.

 

Where should I go to pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at the Customer Service Desk at the Master Source Fulfilment Center, details of days and time can be found here. 


Can someone pick up my order on behalf of me? 

Yes, they can. You can nominate someone else to pick up your order during the checkout process. If you're sending someone else to pick up your order they need to bring:

  • Their own valid photo ID
  • The MasterSource invoice number
  • The Paypal order number

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order.

If you need to change your nominated person for collection, please contact the Customer Service Desk to arrange for this change to be made prior to collection.

 

Do you do International orders?

We do and we welcome them joyously. Our goal is to be a tool for everyone, giving all access to the wonderful prodcuts the world has to offer.

However, if you are shopping online with us from outside Trinidad & Tobago, please note that Paypal currency rate governs the cash transactions. As such all purchase and refunds will be at the Paypal currency rate. We are unable to adjust this amount and any amount that customers may have lost or gained due to any currency rate fluctuation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Do you deliver large items overseas?

How can I track my international order status?

When you purchase on MasterSource online you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your My MasterSource Online Account. Please be aware that some products may be shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number. International shipping is fulfilled via FedEx, UPS, USPS or EMS. Can I cancel or change my online order?

You can cancel or change any order, whether online or direct In-Store. The easiest and fastest way to return or exchange an item purchased online with PayPal is to return the item to any MasterSource Fulfillment Center along with any Proof of Purchase documents included in your delivery. Changes or cancellations to your order for delivery can be made by contacting the Customer Service Desk. We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

In-Store pick up orders can be modified at any time by contacting the Customer Service Desk.  For full order cancellation of your In-Store pick up order prior to collection, please contact the Customer Service Desk.

 

Can I return if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

At MasterSource service is number one. If you are in need of any assistance with the installation or use of your product, we offer FREE after sales support however if you are generally unhappy with your purchase you can return the product you ordered at anytime within 30 days. Please see our Return Policy for further information

 

My order was confirmed but I was contacted to state that an item is on backorder. Why is that? 

This is highly unusual but on the rare occasions an item at our Fulfillment Center may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we go to pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery across most of Trinidad & Tobago is free. Certain conditions apply. Delivery fees for international orders do vary dependent on delivery location and parcel weight.

Where can I find information on your return and exchange policy?

Information on our Return Policy is available at our website. Alternatively, the Sales Assistants at the MasterSource Fulfillment Center will answer any questions you have about our Return Policy.

 

I would love to come into the store and make an order directly. How do I book an appointment for service? 

You can come down to the MasterSource Fulfillment Center at any time ithin store hours. You can view the store hours here. Alternately, you can make an appointment by simply filling out the contact form located here.

 

How do I know you received my appointment information?

You’ll receive a confirmation email which contains all the relevant information about your appointment.

How do I cancel an appointment I made?

To change or cancel your appointment email us directly regarding new request or click the link in your confirmation email and follow the prompts to make the changes you require.
